Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Case

  Place your Loopy Case in its original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the device is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
